Are you taking a quiz? Test?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

394?

OpenStudy (karatechopper):

oh well let me break it down real fast. the time between 2:38 and 3:12 is 34 minutes. There are 360 degrees in a circle. I take it as if there are 60 minutes in an hour. I divide 360/60 to find the amount of minutes per degree. For me, that turns out to be 6 min per degree. then I did 34 minutes times 6 to see how many degrees. Now you tell me the final answer.

OpenStudy (nincompoop):

a good but may be a lot of work is to convert everything into seconds solve the problem then convert it back to minutes
