OpenStudy (marissalovescats):

Each x value can only have 1 y value in a function

OpenStudy (marissalovescats):

So what do you think? :)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

NO

OpenStudy (marissalovescats):

BTW but a y value can have more than 1 x:) So 3 is allowed to go to both 4 and 0 But say if 4 went to both -1 and 3 then no it wouldn't be

OpenStudy (marissalovescats):

No actually this is indeed a function

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh oaky that makes sense

OpenStudy (marissalovescats):

This wouldn't be okay: |dw:1402773305129:dw| This would NOT be a function because one of the x values is going to more than 1 y value

OpenStudy (anonymous):
