how much was a gallon milk 4 years ago

she is asking I guess how much was a gallon milk 4 years ago.So she is talking about price.

OpenStudy (mathmale):

Hey, you two: Have you tried responding in ways that would actually help the person who posted this question, or that would INVOLVE that person? To me, the question that @mamaflores asked is perfectly clear. Were we able to go back in time 4 years and check out what a gallon of milk cost back then, that's what she wanted to know. In 1958, when I was 14, I could buy a Three Musketeers candy bar for 5 cents; now the same bar would cost me more like $1.00. Next time, please involve the person who asked the question. Ask him/her for clarification if necessary. Next, please be really careful when you make assertions such as "would be the same price like now." That's definitely not correct. And, lastly, please do not assume that you are right and use that as a justification for asking for a medal.

OpenStudy (mathmale):

The only problem with that is that there was nothing wrong with the question; I'm afraid it was you who did not understand the meaning of a valid (if strange) question.

OpenStudy (mathmale):

@mamaflores: Just out of curiosity, why would you like to know how much you would have paid for a gallon of milk four years ago?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@mathmale I was just telling that guy who post what the question really mean.I didn't knew the answer that's why I didn't even involve the person. So please don't misunderstand me.
