First you'll need to find the equation of this parabola.  Assume that this equation has the form $$y=ax^2+bx+c$$   Create 3 linear equations from it by subst. the coord. of the three given points.  Determine the values of a, b and c.

From this point on, just apply the arc length formula.  Note that this is done in the document to which Hero has referred you.
