Can someone help me find the arclength of the parabola that passes through the origin, (7,8) and (14,0) please?

First you'll need to find the equation of this parabola. Assume that this equation has the form \[y=ax^2+bx+c\] Create 3 linear equations from it by subst. the coord. of the three given points. Determine the values of a, b and c. From this point on, just apply the arc length formula. Note that this is done in the document to which Hero has referred you.
