I'm actually not sure what exactly you mean by this 'evidence'. Is the evidence from the entire document or a small part?

Well, a lot of it shows that there was an 'imminent surrender' of the Japanese people, bombs or not. But as Churchill says on Pg. 7, it brought about the 'Speedy end to the Second World War'. But, as Nuclear Physicist said on Pg. 8, everyone in the government knew the war would end in less than six months, so the Americans hastened the end by bombing so Soviet influence wouldn't spread.

So yes, it ended the war, but it was totally not needed.
