Can someone please help me? :)

OpenStudy (precal):

positive correlation would mean that the points go upward negative correlation would mean that the points go downward no correlation would mean that you can determine if the points are going upward or downward

OpenStudy (precal):

Correlations are used in research. For example in the 1950s many people smoke cigarettes because the correlation of cancer and cigarettes was not established. The science community had to collect data over time to prove there is a strong correlation. Because that correlation was established, the manufactures have to put a warning on their products. Many public places: schools, hospitals, etc adopted no smoking zones. Schools used to have smoking areas for students and teachers as late as the mid 80s.

OpenStudy (precal):

now what do you think the solution is?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

D!

OpenStudy (precal):

yes I would pick that as well
