what does a specific vaccine do for the person who receives the treatment

thomaster (thomaster):

The vaccine is a dead version of the organism that causes the disease. let's say a virus. The body doesn't know the virus is dead, so it starts to make antibodies against the virus. Meanwhile the dead virus cannot do any damage because it's dead. With the creation of antibodies, also B-memory cells are being created specifically for that one virus. The Memory B cell can trigger the production of the antibody when the real working virus enters the body. This way you already have a defense system set up in case the real virus attacks you. Please note that this is the feedback section. next time you have a question such as this one, post it in the biology group.
