We know that same charges repel each other and opposit charges attract but in other hand in hydrogen atom these two cahrges can not attract , electron moves arround proton ?? why

This is because the protons/earth applies a centripetal force on the moon/electron which keeps them moving in a curved path.

The cause of this centripetal force is earth's gravitational pull and for electrons it is proton's attractive force (unlike charge attracts each other)
