i dont know this answer its a little tricky i was thinking b but i feel like thats an inference because its not always gonna rain if the clouds are dark it might but sometimes it doesnt. and i think an observation is something you observe happening so it could be a or d because c is a fact if you were watching it happen then maybe it would be an observation
