I mean you can by clicking the "draw" in the little blue box below this type of box in which you chat in, but this section is intended for uploading your own creations you've done.

You place @ before usernames.
But avoid having drawing parties where people just randomly draw up things on here. Spam threads are not allowed and that's what they usually tend to become.
