Find the polynomial function with roots 1, 7, and -3 of multiplicity 2. (1 point)

OpenStudy (triciaal):

roots are the x-values when y = 0 ; remember y = f(x) I think multiplicity means you have that root more than once and the number given is the number of times that root is in the polynomial so f(x) = (x-1)(x-7)(x+3)x+3)

That's the part that kind of confuses me, I don't know what multiplicity means.
