What is the graph of the inequality?
these are the choices, i chose A and it was wrong
when you divide both sides of an inequality by a negative number (-3) the inequality symbol flips around
If I were you I'd immediately start by solving this inequality for y. To do that, I'd add 3y to both sides of the inequality (because I want y to be positive, not negative). then I'd subtract (6x-3) from both sides. Lastly, I'd divide both sides by 3. Try it, please. Doing this may make it much easier for you to pick the proper graph from among the four given you.
so you should get y <= -2x + 1
i did that and i got y <= -2x + 1
that would be the last graph shown then since there is a negative slope and it crosses the y-axis at 1
and y is less than or equal so its the values that are under the line ( the shaded region represents possible answers)
or would it be C
because -2 going to left in the negativs
c has a positive slope
ok i see thank you for helping
no problem :)
