You would use the HW equation: $$p ^{2}+2pq+q ^{2}=1$$ Not sure you can actually solve for T though. I have to think. This issue is that you know 15 % are tt, therefore 85% are TT or Tt. I don't think you can solve it because you cannot find the ratio of the TT:Tt.
