The measure of an angle is thirty-nine times the measure of a supplementary angle. What is the measure of each angle?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

supplementary angles add up to 180 right? so..... lets let angle = x. 39x + x = 180 40x=180 can you solve for x?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I created my equation because i know that 1 angle is 39 times another angle. so 39 of those angles plus 1 of those angles = 180
