Algebra 2 FLVS help please
@mathmale
@ganeshie8 can you help me please
@IMStuck could you help me out?
I got you! Are you doing imaginary numbers in math class yet? It appears that you may be. For the first one, you have an x^2 and you need to solve for x. In order to that you have to get the 64 on the other side of the equals sign. That gives you x^2 = -64, right? Do you know how to solve for x from there, or no?
wouldn't the answer be x+8i)(x-8i)? I just really need help with the last 3. 1. (x+8i)(x-8i) 2.(4x-7i)(4x+7i) 3. ? 4. ? 5. ? @IMStuck
@IMStuck
Thanks I just need to get this #5 done... im doing an honors project and I have to do like 100 questions..
Ok, I'm here. I got it. Looking up at the previous posts, I'm getting that you need assistance with 3, 4, and 5? Or just 5? Let me know.
just number 5 I got 3 and 4 and jkjk I have to do 5 tasks and this is the first one
I see just number 5. This is a case where you will FOIL just like anywhere else. Don't let all the parenthesis inside parenthesis fool you; it's not that difficult. Here's how you would solve it (bear with me; I'm going to type out all the steps, ok?):
ok :) thanks man
|dw:1403101366963:dw|and BTW...I'm a female! : ) Follow that FOILing so far?
