i think it's "E) the equilibrium should lie far to the left", it shouldnt because of it's hydrophobic core, the molecule is hydrophobic (a high partition coefficient indicates high hydrophobicity) and will dissolve mostly in the organic solvent, so the equilibrium concentration should be larger on the right side.
