Represent in IEEE 32bit form: 0.01100011 * 2^-83 and 0.101010101 --- Not really sure how to solve these things " I know how to represent " the first one what I did is since there's 83 zeros after the point I should multiply by 2^85 to get: 1.100011 and then represent it as the sign is positive so: 0 and exponent 85 + 127 and mantisa " not sure about the spelling " but it's 100011 + 17 zero and the second one is solved by multiplying to get 101010101 + 15 zero and then multiply by 2^-23 to get 1.01010101 and then do thee same thing ?? please help
