Once again, name and shame.I am saying this because I assume you think the person did something wrong, which they did (evading suspension) but in the future If you have a complaint or something just message a moderator directly, exposing someone isn't the right way to handle a situation, in actuality it makes it worse.

Well the reason why I shared it was, ' making a new account is easy' 

And also since s/he never disclosed about his/her any of the old or new accounts so it would not at all be *insult*

My main aim behind it was to bring this into notice again regarding making a new account here must be a little difficult..:)
