OpenStudy (lovelyharmonics):

i just have to find the indicated limit, if it exists. how do i determine that?

OpenStudy (kainui):

A limit exists if its left hand limit and right hand limit are equal. So find both limits separately and see for yourself. It might be helpful to make a rough graph of what this looks like to help yourself out.

OpenStudy (lovelyharmonics):

i know .-. its just how do you do that with two different equations at once

OpenStudy (lovelyharmonics):

can i do them both seperatly or what?

OpenStudy (kainui):

Well try to graph it first, that should make it clear. If it doesn't, I'll explain it more once you've shown me the picture.
