What is a good way to release stress ??
sleep? um a hot bath?
OK thank u
There are many different methods to releasing stress some methods only work for certain people you can try - listening to music - excising - talking to someone
You could try just laying down and listening to your favorite music. Studies have shown that music tends to put you in a better mood, preferably your favorite artist or band or whatever
A better way is not to have any stress. You can do it, if you put in enough effort in whatever you're doing.
Suspend trolls on OpenStudy. I'm sorry. Couldn't resist.
So blues like playing whack-a-troll? Regular and proper exercise can help stress in several ways. First, it helps produce a healthy body which includes a healthy immune system. This can reduce the damage done by stress as well as the stress reaction because the body is better regulating itself. Second, it produces endorphins which are the natural tranquilizers of the body. They are only produced in quantities that are appropriate to the person and a natural reward for doing proper exercise. Relaxation helps for similar reasons. Whether this is games, a good book, funny movies, and so on, it helps trigger the natural calming functions in the body. What you find fun is a counterbalance for what causes irritation. There are doctors looking into these, such as Dr. Tan and Dr. Burk, who have commented that the hardest thing in this research is teaching the rats to laugh. Never met Burk, but I have talked with Tan a number of times on the topic, and exercise and finding some fun things to do are very important for your health. On a side note, this would be better suited to the health section.
-Listening to music -Talking to someone -Reading a book To me it just depends on what kind of stress am i under.
