I have to summarize the causes of the French Revolution, one of them being the Enlightenment. I just don't know how to summarize the Enlightenment in 2-3 sentences....
@davidza6496 you said you could help me with history :)
From what i remember, It was just changeing the way people think, it changed everyones thinking to wanting to be politically correct. But i'm not 100% sure.
Something like that I just have to summerize the whole Enlightenment in 2-3 sentences
Damn. I'ma start thinking of something then Cx, When is it do?
There's not a set due date, because it's for my online class but i want to turn it in maybe later today
this French Enlightenment lays largely in resentment and discontent over the decadence of the French monarchy in the late 1600s. During the reign of the wildly extravagant “Sun King” Louis XIV (reigned 1643–1715), wealthy intellectual elites began to gather regularly in Parisian salons (often hosted by high-society women) and complain about the state of their country. The salons only grew in popularity when Louis XIV died and the far less competent Louis XV took over.
wow, that's a lot to take in... what do you mean by 'lays largely in resentment and discontent'
Lol, I feel thats copyed and pasted xD, but who know or cares. It'll work.
Yeah it was copied and pasted!! :D but resentment and discontent just means the french monarchy treated everyone unfairly and never satisfied with anything
oh! okay well, thank you so much for the help David :)
