Art/design: people were payed to make art (Example:Harun ar-Rashid), no animals or people \

In geometry, Medieval Islamic art from the 15th century intuitively echoed principles of quasicrytalline geometry, which were discovered 500 years later.
Basically there are tons of achievements and inventions.
