my main confusion on "domain of f(x)" if f(x)=y and domain =x then is it asking whats the x of the y? :P

domain is x, they're essentially asking how long the food package is in the air.

But you have to read the graph carefully, the `entire` parabola doesn't model the package being dropped. Part of that function is garbage and we don't want to use it.
