Which is the relationship between photosynthesis and cellular respiration? Cellular respiration makes the glucose that is needed by photosynthesis. Photosynthesis makes the glucose that is broken down by cellular respiration. Cellular respiration converts the glucose that is made by photosynthesis to oxygen. Photosynthesis converts the glucose that is made by cellular respiration to carbon dioxide.

Photosynthesis is the process that makes glucose and oxygen using sunlight, carbon dioxide and water. Cellular Respiration uses glucose and oxygen to make Carbon dioxide, water, and ATP(energy.) So, the answer would not be A. because photosynthesis makes glucose, not cellular respiration. The answer would not be C because cellular respiration does not make oxygen, it uses it. The answer would not be D because Photosynthesis uses carbon dioxide, it doesn't use it. Therefore, the answer is B.
