construct a truth table for ~Q -> ~P

OpenStudy (kainui):

So to construct a truth table, you start out by writing your variables on the left with your statement of them on the right. Then you look at every single case of what P and Q can be at any time. You can either have P and Q as both true, both false, or one is true and the other is false, so there are 4 scenarios in all. |dw:1403208858981:dw| Then to the right of it you can write a statement. I'll show you an example in a second. But right now, do you understand how this shows all 4 separate cases ? The first case is both true, the second case is P true and Q false, etc.
