Can someone please give an example of how to use the second fundamental theorem of calculus?

The problem I have is \[F(x)=\int\limits\limits_{1}^{x} \frac{ t ^{2} }{ t ^{2}+1 }dt\] and I'm supposed to find F'(x) but it would be just as helpful to use another example. Thanks!
