Which of these were brought up for trial in Nuremberg after World War 2? A) Nazi leaders B) Soviet generals C) German prisoners of war D) railway attendants

I believe its B.

Actually I'd go with (A) Nazi leaders. The Nuremburg Trials were where the surviving leadership of the Nazi regime and key members responsible for running its apparatus were held accountable for crimes against humanity and their conduct during the war. The rest of the answers don't make a lot of sense. The Soviets were still our allies at the time (Soviet judges were part of the panels). Although "German prisoners of war" is technically correct -- the Germans held for trial were technically prisoners -- they represented the key leadership positions within the machine that ran the Nazi system.
