Rectangle EFGH is shown below with line IJ passing through the center:
If rectangle EFGH is dilated by a scale factor of six about the center of the rectangle to create rectangle E'F'G'H', dilated line I'J' will remain unchanged be parallel to line IJ shift six units up be perpendicular to line IJ
its either 1st one or 2nd one for sure. You can ignore 3rd and 4th option.

The reason is because the rectangle is being dilated from the center so it's width expand on both sides equally and same case for the height. But if you consider line being dilated, its size is going to increase however, its position will remain the same. Now if you are very certain that the question is asking about the position, then its "remain unchanged" else its "parallel" But I personally believe, the question is about the position.
