It looks like a square so I would say C.

Oh it's in a file extension that I don't have (I don't have the program). But regardless, I did a small sketch for me and the fact that 2 pairs of coordinates have the same x-value and 2 pairs of coordinates have the same y-values would imply that hyou have some kind of rectangle (or square).
