you are correct about the 2nd or 3rd quadrant issue.
Is there any other info given about X?

if not, let's assume 2nd quadrant for this problem.
We can later discuss quadrant 3 if you wish.

No nothing is mentioned about x....... 
And yes....  I can drawn the ref.  Triangle......  
But i dont know why but i am unable to use the draw feature via mobile.....  :(
If i have to proceed with the 2nd quadrant then i will do so and also work out to for the 3rd quadrant......
