Would you mind clarifying your problem statement?  what do you mean by "the value of x in tan x?  Unclear.

it's tan x =2x

How accurate does your answer have to be?  You could estimate x by graphing y=tan x and y=2x on the same set of coordinate axes, and then approximating the x-value of the intersections of these two graphs.

If you need a more accurate estimate of x, you could use Newton's Method of Approximating Roots.  In other words, you'd use this Method to find the positive root of f(x)=tan x - 2x.  Any value of x that makes this function = to 0 is a root of f(x) and thus a solution of f(x)=0.
