How do we increase the need for mining copper and coal?

OpenStudy (aaronq):

"increase the need"? odd question.. regardless, look at the uses for both substances. copper is used in electronics, water pipes etc, and coal is used to generate electricity..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

This really seems more like an economics question. You increase the demand of something by making people either need or want of that something. Increase demand for coal? Get something for people to want to use more electricity. Increase demand for copper? Get people to want more things that already have it, or make new products with lots of copper that people either need or want. It's hard to get more specific without also knowing a "why" to your asking the question.

OpenStudy (abhisar):

\(\bigstar\) NEED FOR COAL: It is a fossil fuel, used in various purposes like thermal power plants. Day by day need for electricity is increasing which in turn is increasing the need for coal and hence increasing need for mining. \(\bigstar\) NED FOR COAL: Copper is used in electronics and electrical wiring. Increased use of these items is increasing the demand for copper and hence is increasing the demand for its mining.

OpenStudy (abhisar):

*Second one is NEED FOR COPPER

OpenStudy (abhisar):

got it ?

OpenStudy (abhisar):

@tanatis567 u should reply here like this...so that other could see the discussion and help u out too

WHAT IS THE BEST TEMPERATURE AND PRESSURE TO PRODUCE AMMONIA?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

HOW DO WE INCREASE THE NEED FOR MINING COPPER AND COAL?

OpenStudy (abhisar):

The process by whch ammonia is produced is called as Haber's Process. 15–25 MPa of pressure and 300–550 °C of temperature is best suited for it.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

What do you mean by MPa?

OpenStudy (abhisar):

what is the SI unit of pressure ?

OpenStudy (abhisar):

SI unit of pressure is Pascal, MPa stands for Mega Pascal

OpenStudy (abb0t):

this qeston make a no cents.
