I would probably go about it like this: We know the general equation of a parabola is \[y = ax^2 + bx + c\]So, we can find 3 points from the graph e.g. (0,0), (-3,3) and (3,3) Then substitute each of those into the general equation of the parabola and get the equations: \[9a+3b=3 \]\[9a -3b=3\]\[c=0\]which you can solve simultaneously to get the values of a, b and c and hence the answer to your question.
