Can someone please help me with this problem? I don't understand it and I would really appreciate the help. Thanks! Also, look at the graph along with the problem. Mr. Weekes used the graph below to inform his boss that the yearly spending for the company has drastically decreased. Why is the graph misleading? The x-axis is longer that the y-axis The y-axis starts at 15 The scale on the y-axis is small All of the above

It might be all three but definitely "The y-axis starting at 15" makes the change seem more drastic than it is.
