Interior angle of any polygon is \(\Large \dfrac{n-2}{n}\times 180 \) since octagon has 8 sides, you plug in n=8

hartnn (hartnn):

so you get interior angle as 135. now angle ABC is actually an exterior angle, hence, angle ABC+135 = 180 giving you angle ABC = 45 degrees
