OpenStudy (timaashorty):

I'm suppose to write about a human-caused accident. Does anyone have any idea?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Environmental accident right?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'll be back in a minute, have to go water my garden.

OpenStudy (timaashorty):

Yes, but it's caused by humans not nature or anything like that..

OpenStudy (timaashorty):

ok...

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I'm back

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay, human caused accident: Global Warming.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You could also choose from a variety of different pollution.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Air pollution, water pollution, soil pollution

OpenStudy (timaashorty):

I can't use that one. it has to be a specific one. its a human caused environmental accident

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Ah, like, humans cause nature to mess up, not humans mess up nature

OpenStudy (timaashorty):

I found one 2005 Jilin chemical plant explosions. do you have any info on it?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Looking it up now.

OpenStudy (timaashorty):

yess.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think that qualifies as a human screwup that screwed up the air.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So not an environmental accident, a human accident. If you can use it then you can use water pollution or something. Think about the gigantic floating ball of garbage in the middle of the Pacific.

OpenStudy (timaashorty):

Noo.. the teacher wants us to write about an evironmental accident which is caused by humans

OpenStudy (anonymous):

The garbage patch causes lots of wildlife to die due to strangulation and suffocation.

OpenStudy (timaashorty):

For example you tried to invent something, but it end up a mistake and it errupts. it pollutes the air, kills some people, causes alot of disasters. In other words, you try to do something but it goes wrong which ends up caused environmental disasters. do you see what I mean?

OpenStudy (timaashorty):

Okay i think i got it now. I'll do about the chemical plant explosion. Thanks for helping

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Okay, no problem. I have no idea what you mean still. derp. :D

OpenStudy (timaashorty):

it's fine.. I'll do a few more research about it and I'll get it
