Can someone please help me solve this problem? It is an easy question. I will medal the person with the best answer. Thanks! What is the measure of an angle if it is nine degrees more than double its complement? 63 degrees 123 degrees 57 degrees 27 degrees

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Can you tell me what a complement is?

OpenStudy (beccab003):

A complement adds up to 90 degrees.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

(90°- x)*2+9°= x Gives, 189° - 2x = x implies,189° = 3x x = 63°

OpenStudy (beccab003):

Thanks vexus!
