Maryland was different from the other English colonies because A- it was founded on behalf of Roman Catholic colonists. B- it established good relations with American Indians. C- it grew tobacco as a lucrative cash crop. D- it was created as a proprietorship, unlike any other colony.
@PRAETORIAN.10
it wasnt a real plantation state
but it was also a lot more religious
they also had more women and children where the southern colonies mostly had indentured servants (who were all young men). They had town meetings and were very close-knit, which was not at all like the south, where everybody was just out to help themselves and find gold.
i have gotta go do a biology test and read a whole chapter before then so this has gotta be the final question
but id say it wasnt a plantatio state
thus A or D
