what is \(3\%\) of \(\$2,000\) ?
60
ok so lets call the amount invested in fund B \(x\) making the total amount invested \(2000+x\) which returned \(8\%\) for a total of \[.08(2000+x)\]
you already have \(60\) plus the \(10\%\) of \(x\) set \[60+.1x=.08(2000+x)\]and solve for \(x\)
what's the answer? im not sure i got it
