HELP ASAP! Will fan & medal :) There are 5,000 members at a local gym. The gym's general manager wants to determine which types of new classes members would be interested in attending. Which of the following would be the most appropriate sampling technique? A survey of every 25th member to come to the gym on one Saturday. A survey of every member to come to the gym to play basketball over a two-week period. A survey of every 25th member to come to the gym over a two-week period. A survey of every 10th female member to come to the gym over a two-week period.
If you limit the sample to one day of the week, one sport only, or one gender only, you may not get a very good cross section of the general membership of the gym. In a two week period, you get to sample members who come to the gym every day of the week. You are not limiting the sample to one sport or one gender.
which one is it then? i cant figure it out? @mathstudent55
