what is the slope of the line 9x-9y=-2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

your slope is 1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

use formula y=mx + b

OpenStudy (anonymous):

how do you use that formula

OpenStudy (anonymous):

simply transpose -2 to the left side and transpose -9y to the right side, then it gives you a new equation which is 9y=9x + 2, then by dividing both side by 9 to get the value of y, it give you y= x + 2/9,, so your solpe is 1, and your b is equal to 2/9.... i hope it can help you..
