and everytime he joins my question, if you try to click on his pic to see his level and everything. my computer lags so hard my internet shuts down
... is this guy like a untagged moderator or something ? because he is following me everywhere and its just so weird. im pretty familiar with someone sending pings to you router and what not and kicking you offline but what did i do ? am i the only one who sees this person ?

That means the person is a guest, they haven't registered yet/ logged on.
