Ok, well, I can't really think of another way to guide you to the answer . . . The answer is English "d". You pronounce universidad like uni-verse-ee-d-ah-d. Just like you would say dog or dad :)

The "th" sound occurs if the "d" is between vowels, so the first one is definitely a "th".
The last "d" is also soft, according to Google
