Using a Clinometer to measure the height of an object? https://lss.brainhoney.com/Resource/12429862,B6,38,1F,0/Assets/Right%20Triangle%20Trigonometry%20Milestone.pdf?attachment=1
@amistre64 I need help with this? I don't quite understand the steps I would make for the calculations. Please help? :)
amistre64 is the best guy ever to ask! ; )
But I can help too. If you'd like.
YES PLEASE!!! :)
Since you do not have any actual lengths of sides or of the angle, are you just to do this generically, like just tell what you would do if you knew the angle theta?
Because to get an actual answer in number form you would have to know that angle. i can help you with the steps for using the clino-thing if you were in an actual circumstance in which you would have to use one.
I am given a table that I have to fill out. The sections are: Object being measured: Measured distance away: Eye height: Calculations: Diagram of problem:
I need help finding the calculations...
But those calculations will not have any numbers in them because you do not have any numbers to use.
Yeah they would because I have to find the numbers myself. Basically I can use any numbers I want.
you are asked to measure the distance from the object to begin with, so you have one die length already
Hello, mr amistre64! Yay you're here!
Yes, so I used 15 meters
