You could reinstall the operating system, that's what i did to my mac.

u could format ure laptop thats what i did for my friend or u could reset the password using command prompt thats what i did to mine

sounds like you should get a sniffer program its a downloadable program that sniffs out the password for you /// but you have to make sure you get the correct sniffer/// there is many sniffers for many diffrent things

I have no admin so no programs really but command prompt and notepad
and then boot password so no restarting :-/
