Drinking too much water during exercise can cause a condition in which the concentration of sodium in the blood is lower than normal. What response do you expect to happen as the body tries to restore homeostasis?

Well for one concentration is like what they would normally put in koolaid (the mixture) meaning it contains calories which could cause a blood clot. I would say mix water with corn starch then sip it down.

Cells swell as water moves into them.
