In a right triangle, the hypotenuse is equal to the sum of the lengths of the legs squared. 1, 044 squared is 1089936. 720 squared is equal to 518400. When you subtract 1089936 - 518400 you get 571536. Take the square root of that which is 756. As long as that leg is 756, which it is, the distance traveled home is a vertical line, meaning it is directly north.
