HELP NOW PLEASE!!! What is the difference between a physical change and a chemical change? A physical change breaks bonds where a chemical change only forms bonds. A physical change is always a phase change where a chemical change is not. A physical change does not break or form bonds where a chemical change does. A physical change forms a new substance where a chemical change does not.
