1.) If a claim is agreed, we will issue a credit note which will be available for deduction from your next payment. Claims must be made within three days of receipt verbally, and within seven days in writing. Any outstanding credit on a customer account to the value of £10.

Umm....ok...
Are there multiple definitions of credit claiming or something? Because I don't see how a politician/senator would use this. I've heard from other ppl that credit claiming is claiming credit for things others have done, which seems more applicable. However, I've not yet been able to verify this.
