(I'm assuming this is free response and not multiple choice.) If it's asking you what you do on the weekends, then you could respond with something like:

Je regarde la télévision avec ma famille. (I watch TV with my family.)

I don't know what you're currently studying so maybe use something in context with what your recent lessons have taught you.
